Why so quiet around these parts?

I can’t deny it or act like it isn’t happening. Life on the blog is slowing down. But just temporarily, I promise. It just so happens that life on the homefront is speeding UP. And quickly. My handsome other half and future husband, Dustin, will finally be home today after 5 1/2 months of living and working in Oklahoma, and in just a little over three weeks we will be Mr. and Mrs. It’s getting SO real! So lately I’ve been wrapping up the last of my big work stuff before I place almost sole attention on my own wedding. Our living room/my office is slowly turning into a little wedding factory, and each day I feel like I’m churning out a new little project. Here are a few that have been in the works for a while. I promise I’ll post a DIY/how-to post one of these days and give you an even better look into how our day is turning so perfectly into “us” :)
lease bare with me for the rest of August and most of September…blog posts will be sparse (2-3 a week versus the normal 4-5 a week). By the end of September, I promise I’ll have all kinds of fun weddings and sessions to share for the rest of the fall! Which reminds me…if you’re interested in a fall session, now is the time to book your date. I am currently booking for November. Use the contact form to shoot me an email for detailed pricing and availability!

P.S. I really can’t get over the fact that my last name is actually going to start with a C in just a few weeks. Bizarre but so exciting.
